In order to qualify for our rental property:
- No evictions or records in the last 7 years.
- Income has to be ~3-4x of monthly rent.
- Small pets are allowed (Up to 20 lbs), with a pet deposit fee of $200 and a monthly pet fees of $25. No more than 2 pets are allow.
- Application fee is $30 non-refundable. Each Adult 18 yrs or older will need to apply separately.

Tenant Screening & Selection:
We conduct thorough background checks to ensure that tenants meet our strict criteria. We verify employment history and rental history to select trustworthy tenants for your property.
 

Property Maintenance & Repairs:
We take care of all routine maintenance and respond quickly to tenant requests. Our team of contractors can handle everything from minor repairs to major renovations.
